I guess there is really only one ''pro" DX lens, the 17-55 f2.8. Most FX lenses work well on DX, too, so you have a richer selection than for any FX body. What do you see as negatives as far as the lens selection goes? There are lots of great DX lenses, though not necessarily made by Nikon.
